We offer FREE shipping within the whole UAE. 

Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an email or phone call to confirm the delivery day and time.

 Shipping into UAE

Furniture items are stocked in our warehouse and generally ship within 14 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Items marked as Made to Order have the delivery information stated in the description of the product. Please read this carefully, you might want to reconfirm this info before placing your order.

Orders with multiple items may have different arrival dates.

Most of our products are delivered within 14 working business days. Items with longer lead times (including made to order sofa or beds) have the approximate lead times listed in the product description. 

 Returns and refunds 

We do not accept returns nor exchanges. You may read the detailed product descriptions, call or email for more information. Efforts are made to ensure you get an accurate picture and description of the products so you can make an informed decision. 

Replacements / Refunds / Defects 

We offer replacements on all merchandise damaged during delivery or on arrival, although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in.

Complaints and / or photos may be received within 3 days of delivery. 

Shipping International

For international shipping please drop us a message, so we can calculate the shipping costs.

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your respective government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.
**Please note, packages can be delayed by customs, which unfortunately is out of our control. This is a rare occasion, but it can happen. **

 General conditions

Due to the handmade nature and use of natural materials for our products, each item is unique and no two are the same. We value craftsmanship and natural materials and therefore don’t see this as imperfections, but believe this is proof of its uniqueness and adds to the beauty and charm of our products.

Payments
We offer the following payment option:

- Credit and Debit card through the portal for Visa, MasterCard, Amex and other major International cards.

All sales prices mentioned on our website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include of VAT.

Our business hours are: 
Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We do our best to make sure that our website has the best product and impression photos, to show the right colours and bringing its size into perspective. All dimensions and specifications are mentioned under product information.

However, if you have any questions or queries, please message us or give us a call to assist you further. 

All orders are delivered during business days. Business days do not include weekends and national UAE holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until the following business day.

Orders placed after 4 PM UAE time will not be processed until the following business day.
